ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, good for many uses
I ordered it on Sun. nite, it was monogrammed & delivered by Wed. afternoon. I chose it for my carryon. It has solid construction and is cute to boot. The size was surprising for the price. And the zipper is a necessity. I can't wait to use it for my upcoming vacation.
I was a little worried that the size I got (large, green tea color, with long straps) was going to be too big. I was looking for something to carry everything to work and when I got it - it was PERFECT. I think I'm actually going to get a second bag for my dog to use for travel and embroider with her name.. love these bags! My mom had tons of them growing up for all our beach trips as well. Couldn't ask for better for the price..plus it shipped quick! Ordered it Monday and it arrived on a Thursday!
This company has the best customer service ever. I had this bag in the red color- it got dirty and I tried to spot wash it, but when I did, the red color bled into the white fabric. The bag was just as usable, just not quite as pretty. I called the company, and no questions asked, they offered to replace it at no cost (including shipping.) I'm probably going to buy another one because of this experience.
I love these totes - all sizes, zipper, no zipper - but my favorite is the sail orange color. I wanted to add to my collection but can't because I was told the color has been discontinued. Such a disappointment, please bring it back!
