Great job on my Boat and Tote repair, which required one strap to be fixed! The original color was no longer available, so a new strap color was agreed upon. I expected the bag to come back with the repaired strap a different color from the rest of the bag. I was extremely pleased to find both straps replaced with the new color, giving the bag a uniform look! Thank you so much for your exceptional service!
I was looking for a sturdy comfortable everyday bag. This tote is awesome. It is sturdy, well made, and cute. I take it wherever I go. I have tried other bags and this is the one and only for me.
I have had a 1 of my 4 Boat and Totes open tops for over 14 years and the others for over 10 years. They survive anything I have thrown at them! They are very sturdy and yet just enough maliable to use them for packing up the SUV to go on vacation! When on vacation, I use the largest one as our laundry hamper, putting a black trash bag in it and throwing all the dirty clothes in it. The sides hold up with no trouble, even through 8 days of laundry!
