"Very disappointed in this. Light went out every time the "neck" was bent. The book holder does not work on hard-covered books. It also tears the pages of paperback books because the clip is so sharp."

"This light does not attach to ANY book in a way that makes reading enjoyable. I am very disappointed in the light and feel that it is definitely not worth the money. I would not buy it again if it was on major clearance."

"This light is perfect! Great size and case and fully lights where you want to read so you don't have to keep adjusting it. I have only had it for two weeks so I don't know how long it will last, but, having had every kind of book light made, including the original Itty Bitty, this tops them all."

Not Worth the Price !!,

"I was disappointed with this light. I have purchased others for less than $7.00 and this L.L. Bean light doesn't rank any higher than those. If you have a paperback book the perimeters of the shining light barely reach the bottom of the page. For a hard cover, I actually have to move the light around for full page coverage. If I hadn't purchased with a gift certificate, I would have sent back. I thought the quality (being an L.L. Bean item) should have been better. Too highly priced considering the capabilities of this light."

"I've used at least 3 variations of book-lights but none has been as satisfactory as the Itty Bitty book light. It's light-weight, stays on the book where I want it, allows pages to be turned easily and gives plenty of illumination. Just great!!!"

"This LED reading light works great. I bought it to use when camping. It works so well that I keep it on my night stand and use it every night.
If I was to change anything, the flexible neck that holds the LEDs would be about 1/2 inches longer. A great product nonetheless."

"I was a little disappointed in the Itty Bitty Slim Book Light. I was using it with a normal size hardbacked book and the light wouldn't shine all of the way to the bottom of the page. It only lit 75% of the page. I love the way that it hooks onto the book and it is surprisingly small. I was expecting a little more for the price and for being sold through LLBean."
