I've bought many of these shirts. They fit, they look good, they are comfortable, they last for years and they are remarkably inexpensive, especially if bought with an LLBean credit card.
These are definately Wrinkle Free. I traveled almost every week for a year... packed these in a carry on and when I got to the hotel I hung them up... if they didnt fall out right away, I hung them in the Shower area and the humidity made them look like they were just ironed.

Fabric is sturdy, wrinkle resistance is remarkable, sizes fit as advertised, and they look like new after 2 years of constant wearing - no noticable wear on any part of the shirt. Admirable stain resistance. I pack this shirt in my gym bag daily and wear them every work day.
