The individual sizing instead of the generic S. M. L, XL is great. My husband has both the short and long sleeve versions - both dependable. Also very good about resisting stains.

This University Stripe Oxford is the best business shirt I have found for my husband. I have been ordering these Oxford's for him since the mid 90's and have always been satisfied. I especially like that you can order these oxford's with the exact neck and sleeve size needed to get a proper fit instead of just a S, M, L. The latest Wrinkle-Resistant feature is an excellent improvement which save me lots of time because they do not even need touch up ironing when I dry them in my dryer or hang dry them.
