My husband loves the quality and fit of the LL Bean wrinkle-resistant shirt. It still looks new after many wearings and washings and never needs ironing. The variety of colors allows him to have several in different colors.
My husband said this shirt is so comfortable it's like not wearing a shirt (of course, he has been wearing starched shirts from the cleaners!). He ordered 6 more and wants to transition to getting rid of all his old shirts! Washes great...no touch up needed but they have only been washed 5-6 times so far.
The feature that I'm writing about is the wrinkle-resistance of these shirts.With the high cost of professional laundries, this feature is a money-saver. I was astounded the first time I took it out of the dryer-----it was completely wrinkle-free. This is the third time the shirt has been washed and it cotinues to astound with the look of no wrinkles.
I have owned a dry cleaners/shirt laundry for twenty-five years and it's the first time i have seen anything like it in an all-cotton shirt.
I bought this shirt to use on an extended vacation. It was better than I anticipated. It did not wrinkle despite staying in my backpack for several days. I highly recommend this shirt.
