Have returned 3 or 4 of these shirts for replacement over the last few years due to fabric quality conditions. Neck and cuff creases begin to shred within a year or two. The only reason I keep coming back is because of the guarantee of replacement. That's why I give the shirt 3 stars.
I have purchased at least a dozen of the wrinkle free classic oxford. They come out of the dryer ready to hang up or wear. However, I believe something goes wrong in the pressing process or somewhere which compromises the durability of the creases. The last shirt I bought, salmon colored, the collar has already worn through. I have often had sleeves creases wear out. I wear these shirts about once a week and wash on the gentle cycle and do timed dry to minimize the wear and tear. I am not going have them dry cleaned. If you are buying these for occasional wear they will serve you well but for longer haul you might be disappointed. P.S. I just noticed when posting pictures it seems to tend to be the tatersall with the most problems.
I have been buying and wearing these shirts for five plus years; they are perfect for me: consistent fit, durable construction, comfortable weight cotton; I simply rotate through the ones I have for work just about everyday - unless I wear a pinpoint shirt for dressier occasions.
I. like many of the other reviewers have noticed a decline in quality after wearing these shirts for years. My shirts seem to develop deep wear marks on the collars. I have taken to washing them every two times I wear them rather than every time. (I wear them to work.) I will say that they are still higher quality than shirts you can buy at the major department stores at the mall.
Don't think that I didn't notice that $10 per shirt price hike too.
