I bought this shirt for my husband. He's very picky, but loved this one. I had tried the white pinpoint oxford shirt for him first, but he complained it was too "see through" for him, even though he wears an undershirt. This Classic White Oxford cloth was perfect. Button down collar, chest pocket and not too see through!
I've purchased many top brand wrinkle-free shirts over the years and much to my surprise these LL Bean shirts are the best quality of the lot. These shirts truly do not need ironing. I've washed/dried these shirts about 10 time over the past few months and they come out perfect each time.
I recently ordered a couple Oxford cloth shirts. All on-line are "wrinkle-resistant" I find that while I LOVE 100% cotton for its breathability and softness, these shirts do NOT breathe! I feel itchy, sweaty, and trapped. I cannot WAIT to take off shirt once I get home and put on a soft all-cotton BREATHING cotton... Any chance there MIGHT be a NON-wrinkle-free option?
LLB's Wrinkle-Resistant Oxford Shirts, long sleeve and short, must be one of the best buys and values in their Mens' clothing section. If these shirts had been available at these prices when I had a 9-5 suit & tie job, my dry cleaning bill would have dropped dramatically.
One word of caution; collars and cuffs will fray if worn too frequently and with these shirts, that's very easy to do. For this reason only, I rate it a 4 not a 5.
