I have bought the rolling pullman suitcases in the past and liked them. This bag was a disappointment. The slanted zipper was hard to zip and also resulted in the interior space being difficult to pack. I returned the item and bought a rolling pullman instead. LLBean's customer service people are fantastic.
Just bought this bag and used it on a three day trip. It's very functional and just the right size. It would have been nice to have a document that described the features and care instructions, especially for the zippers. But if that is the only problem, it's not too bad.
This bag has made more than 400 domestic flights and is holding up well. The only down side is the bag doesn't quite work for me when I travel with a coat. If your more than 6' tall the coat will need to be folded. No problem just add the rolling garment bag and your good.
