I've never spent this kind of $$ on a blanket before but I anticipate it will be on our bed for years to come making it a good value. I love the colors and the weight is really nice, not heavy-yet warm. Sizing is good too. I've actually returned to purchase another for guest bed and found on sale-how nice!
Bought this blanket for my bed. Loved it so much I bought a second one for my guest bedroom. Warm without being heavy, soft not scratchy like some wool, and washable besides. Colors are vibrant and true to picture in catalog. Couldn't be more pleased!

There's nothing more durable and warm than a wool blanket and this one has the benefit of washability! The soft madras type plaid makes it especially good-looking. I actually bought this as a car blanket and the zip case is perfect for stowing. Can't wait for the first picnic or that chilly lacrosse game...I'll be well prepared!
