Slowly I've been acquiring good blankets that will last. I've had my eye on this one for a while, and the reviews convinced me to buy. This blanket is lovely in all ways: the plaid and colors are beautiful, the blanket stitching edging is good quality, the weight is substantial but the blanket's not stiff, and the wool is not scratchy. I haven't washed it yet, but if the experiences of others are a guide, it will get even better. I'm completely satisfied by this purchase. Excellent quality and value.
Probably the nicest item of bedding I have purchased in a long time. I absolutely love this blanket. I have the foggy blue and the blended colors are truly beautiful.
Ordered the Washable Wool blanket because I wanted a wool blanket for winter and this one appeared to fit the bill. Looked online at a number of places and Bean had the best price for the size and features. This blanket is heavy and dense enough but not overly so. Stitching is of good quality around the edges. It feels soft not boardy. 80 bucks for a twin size is a good price and I'm happy with this purchase. I'd buy it again.
I bought one for my full size bed and liked it so much that I bought one for my twin bed. I love the colors. They wash and dry so well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wool blanket.
