"While ordering my wreaths for this year I noted that some of the reviews mention dry wreaths and falling needles. Over the years I have ordered over 70 wreaths for myself and for others as gifts. Three of them have been dry on arrival. In each case a call to customer service produced a new wreath quickly and in perfect condition. No charge, just the usual LL Bean quality service.
These are great wreaths, beautiful smell and last for months. The people I sent them to as gifts all had enthusiastic responses and a lasting memory of my gift!
I highly recommend these wreaths."

"I order many of the Balsam Wreaths each year for myself, family and friends for Christmas. They last for many weeks because they are so fresh when they arrive. I save my L.L. Bean coupons through the year to use toward these. This is the first decoration that goes up for Christmas. No preparation, just hang it up. A wonderful gift to myself and others."

"I ordered 2 of your wreaths and had 1 sent directly to my daughter. Both of the wreaths were absolutely gorgeous. They were extremely full and fragrant and as of today (12/29) they are both doing extremely. One is indoors (it is sprayed with a fine mist every other day) and the other is outdoors and they both look as good as the day they were delivered. I will have no qualms about ordering them again next year. Thanks for a TERRIFIC product."

"The first wreath that came to my house was dead. I called LL Bean and they replaced it with a new one immediately at no cost to me. I must admit the picture of the wreath looked better than the actual wreath. I placed it on a back building because it was not up to my expectations. I did not want it on my house. It was skimpy and bland, not at all like the picture."

"I can't praise LL Bean's customer service enough. The first wreath arrived a little the worse for wear; when I telephoned the company I immediately spoke to a PERSON (no telephone tree!), who immediately asked if I'd like a new wreath or a refund. I opted for the former; it arrived (no charge) promptly, in impeccable condition, and is filling our house with fragrance. I've been a customer for years (one of my parents' better legacies---they swore by Bean products), and am always impressed by the company's attention to quality."

"I have ordered my wreaths from LLBean for the past two years. They arrive quickly and if you get it out of the box within a reasonable amount of time, they fluff out nice and full. Last year I ordered 2 and took one out right away but left the other in the box for a few days. The first one looked great but the other stayed square. So get them out of the box soon after they arrive."

"I'm enjoying my LLBean Christmas Wreath. When I first opened it, I did notice many of the needles had shed in the bag and while preparing to hang it, it shed a little more. However, as soon as I had it prepared and hung it outside on my front door, it perked up and it looks very pretty. The ribbon and decor is perfect."

"This happened once before: the shipping carton was full of needles and the needles continue to drop. Perhaps these are older wreathes made ahead of time and refrigerated? We've bought LL Bean wreathes for 15 years, so 2x in that period isn't so bad. However, the wreathes are more expensive now and I think we'll pass next year."
