Nice play dress (although my daughter says "not a good twirl dress"). Very pretty patterns. True to size. My daughter is just beginning to wear a size 6 so I was unsure whether or not to buy a 5-6 or 6x-7. I bought one of each and wish I had have purchased both in 6x-7 just to have the 2 inches more in the length (I can roll us sleeves if too long there). The 5-6 will still make it all Spring/early Summer. Great sale price, too.
I have bought several of these dresses on sale for my 6 year old. She now has long sleeve, short sleeve, and sleeveless versions. The patterns are cute and colorful and the dresses are easy care wash-and-wear. I like the fact that she can wear them as play dresses, but they're also nice enough for dressier occasions. My daughter is slim and petite, and fit can be a problem, but the loose style of this dress is flattering without looking too big.
I have purchased many of these dresses over the years and I am happy to say that some things never change. They are always well made, soft, brightly colored and true to size for my girls. They wash very well, don't fade and make excellent hand-me-downs! I will continue to buy these as long as my kids are within their size range, they are a staple in our house and we look forward to seeing what new colors and patterns are available each year.
