I purchased 2 pairs of these chino's on the recommendation of a sailing buddy. They are comfortable, well made, reasonably priced and, most important, unpretentious. I'll be shopping LLBean in the future.
I have several pairs of these pants & they still look new after 8-months; absolutely no signs of wear in pockets from keys or wallet as happened with other brands. Caution - as mentioned in other reviews, these fit about one size smaller than marked.
My husband heads to work every morning in these pants and has done so for many years. However, we are looking for a local replacement. Our latest several purchases have been a disappointment. About a year ago, the fabric on his brand-new pants did not hold up well and frayed at each seam. On our latest purchase, the dyes have worn quickly from every crease or pressure point, making the pants quickly unsuitable for dress wear. We are reluctant to give up on a product we considered a wardrobe staple for so many years, but this is getting expensive. One more try...
