I have purchased several items over the past 5 years. Have been satisfied with them all. The most recent purchase was a pair of dress chinos. I purchased them because they did not need to be altered (37w, 33l). In the past LL Bean altered them upon request. And did them well. The only issue I would have is that the pre-altered pair did not fit as well as others LL Bean altered themselves. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.
The pants are very nice looking, wear well and wash well with no ironing. The only negative is that the cuffs don't seem to be pressed well enough to stay in place.
These pants were for my husband. Have had them before. Last forever, look great. We finally decided to get a new pair for better occasions. However we shipped 4 pairs back & forth with shipping charges every time & never did get a pair that fit AND WE KNEW HIS SIZE!!! The pants this time were not the size the label said they were. The length would be off by an inch. The waist would be off by a couple of inches...he could not wear any of the new pants. We gave up!!!
