This is one of my favorite casual jackets. The fit is great, and I love the deep pockets. I think the (claret red) color looks great with denim, and I like to wear it outside on days that are chilly, but not really cold. It's also a great coat to wear when you have to be in and out of the car.
I purchased the Barn Coat for my wife because she liked my Field Coat which has a like cut and design. The Woman's Barn Coat has a much more attractive cut and is much softer than my Field Coat. My wife loves the Woman's Barn Coat and i'm sure will receive years of pleasure wearing this jacket.
I LOVE this coat so much I bought the insulated one also. It's style is classic. It is comfortable and washes well. It runs large size wise. I highly recommend both the flannel lined and the insulated barn coat.
