I have purchased many LLBean turtlenecks. I am always happy with the fit, that it does not stretch out after many uses ie: neck & sleeves & the color remains sharp. A definite must have for my wardrobe.
I reserve 5 stars for perfection. This is a very nice t-neck. Fabric texture and weight are the same as the crew necks -- nice drape, works very well alone and is an excellent layer. I prefer it to the heavier cotton. For me, worth the $$.
These turtleneck tees are the very best. They never pill, shrink or stretch out of shape. They can be dressed up with any number of accessories or played down wtih a simple scarf. I have them in all colors and while they cost a bit more than other cotton tees, they are absolutely worth the few extra dollars.
