I ordered 2 of these pima cotton turtleneck shirts and love them. I like to wear my clothes bigger so I got the xl......fits good/looks good. I had one monogramed with my initials which is just ok. I will order more soon. The weight is perfect under a jacket, or under a light sweater. I get too hot with certain materials, but these are perfect.
I chose the Pima Cotton Turtleneck and it is so soft and comfortable it holds it's shape after several washings. I would never buy anything but the Pima cotton especially from LL Bean. they are the best.
Love LLBean's turtlenecks. This one is lighter in weight than others I have purchased, however, it is heavy enough to wear in winter with a fleece vest. Fits well, not clingy and the large works for me. If need be I can wear a camisole underneath. I am a 38 D and it fits comfotably. I got the red which is bright and a "cool" red. A good color.The shirt is also a bit longer than previous ones. Looks well outside pants or tucked in. Sleeves shrink a bit when washed, however, I either stretch them out prior to being placed in the dryer or pull them when ironing. I do tend to hang cotton shirts to dry and then iron them. I use the dryer in a pinch.
