I returned this shirt only because it is too long for me. The color is lovely. I have a wardrobe of these shirts which I treasure and handle with tlc, dating from the time when your regular size was about 4 inches shorter.
PLEASE offer more colors in petite. I'll buy two of each before they disappear.
LL Bean has made significant style and sizing changes to the turtleneck- without changing the model #. Specifically, the new style collar and cuffs are thick and seem to be reinforced with spandex. (Note that pictured old style tutleneck's sleeves have hems not cuffs.) The new style turtleneck has topstitched armholes and sleeves that are 0.75 inch shorter in the size large than in the old style. Also, the new style body is 1.25 inch wider around and 1.25 inch longer than the old style turtleneck. (Please note that I used a brand new, unwashed, size large, old style Pima turtleneck for these comparisons.) Very importantly, the fabric seems different in the new style turtleneck. In fact, the new style turtleneck's fabric content is only labeled 100% cotton. However, the old style turtleneck's fabric content is labeled 100% Supima Cotton. It is also noteworthy that the new style turtleneck is made in Cambodia while the old style is made in Peru. Personally, I find the new style turtleneck to be uncomfortable with its stiffer, heavier collar and too short sleeves. After 20+ years of purchasing LL Bean turtlenecks, I am returning my recent purchases.

Good Fit - sleeves to short

Item fits great, color is wonderful and feels soft. Only disappointment are the sleeves are a bit short. I wish they were 1-2 inches longer in length. I like my sleeves to hit at wrist or longer.
Sizing perfect, softness great, only thing I am disappointed in is the sleeve length .. wish it was about an inch longer. I like long sleeves to hit at wrist .. this one falls sort.
