Have yet to be disappointed with LLBean products. Packaging is great. Actually delivered ahead of date promised. At Christmas time that is great service. I will be back.

Though quality seemed fine and what I expect from LLBean, the color did not resemble photo or description "cardinal red" ...very orange. Too bad.

Perfect Fit, soft and warm

I love this new turtleneck because it fits without being too snug. The material is soft, light, and warm! Perfect!
