This pima cotton turtleneck is now my favorite top to wear! I love it! You know how when you wear something that looks great it makes you feel wonderful? And when you feel wonderful, you smile a lot? And when you smile a lot, it makes you happy? And that suddenly you realize that people are noticing you smiling and start smiling back?!
That is how I feel and what happens when I wear my pima cotton turtleneck. I've been receiving many compliments -- and most are from other women genuinely complimenting me. Even my bank's manager noticed the turtleneck and mentioned what a beautiful color and how flattering it was on me.
What color? It's the True Blue color. It's a beautiful shade of blue which reminds me of the color of the sea in Bermuda on our second honeymoon and of the color of a Robin's eggs.
I would love to buy another pima turtleneck in the True Blue color but when I called LLBean, they sadly (from my perspective) told me that they had none left. They were sold out. Doggone it....
Anyone have an extra in a Small size? Hope springs eternal!

The cobalt blue is a beautiful color, and has not faded or shrunk with multiple washings. Disagree w/other poster who said colors are unsophisticated, and for children -- I love the variety of vibrant colors, and am happy to see something other than neutrals and earth tones! The turtleneck is super soft, with a neck that has a great scrunch - neither too tight nor too loose. It is lighter weight than many of my other turtlenecks, but material is not flimsy. Perfect for layering. I ordered a size up, and was happy I did. It is a little roomy, but so comfy, and long enough to stay tucked in.
I think this a good product; comfortable, easy to wash, minimal shrinkage. However, the colors offered are--- except for the basic black, white, and cream----unsophisticated, more suitable for little girls than women. You make the same tee for men in subtle, wearable colors like gray, teal, rust. Stop with the paint-by-numbers stuff!
