This is exactly as described in catalog and on-line: silky inside & out. I prefer 100% Pima to the shirts with spandex in collar & cuffs, especially turtlenecks. Your pima cotton turtleneck holds up in laundry for years and years. I have some that I have worn for more than 4 years. The fit has not changed.
The material on this shirt was lovely. However, when it was received the sleeves were tight and it just fit although it was tight around the neck. After a normal wash, it was too tight to wear, and the sleeves were way too short.
So if you have average - like me - arm length - don't buy your regular size. You would at least have to size up, though this might not fix the sleeve issue!
I own several of these wonderful turtlenecks already and intend to buy more in different colors as I need them. They are so comfortable and wash & wear beautifully. Please make them available in medium and dark gray! A rich dark camel would also add to a nice collection for conservative wardrobes.
