I've bought these turtle necks for years----hoping against hope that they will have been improved upon and have gotten longer. They are well made in every aspect one: too short. LLBEAN: Please offer these in a Ladies Tall or Long.

I ordered and LOVE this turtleneck in black, but WHY doesn't LLB make this available in CHOCOLATE? PLUS women need this color for fall...PLEASE make it available in 1X-3X soon!
After ordering the regular turtlenecks for the past 2 years and being disappointed with them because they are too short, I decided to spend the extra money and try the upgraded model. I found the fabric on this model to be very thin and the lack of cuffed sleeves causes them to roll up when I put a sweater over it. I would not order another one of these.
I love this shirt!! It is silky soft and very comfortable. The turleneck slips easily over the head unlike many other brands. The fit is normal for the size ordered (L), and if it does shrink slightly with washing like some other readers have commented, it should not be a problem since the sleeves are generous in length. I wish LLBean would offer a greater selection of colors!!
