I wear turtlenecks often but this is my first purchase of the pima cotton one. I love the silky feel of the material. Its not bulky but gives warmth and comfort. I plan to buy again in other colors.
I am a walking billboard for LL Bean products which is why I am so disappointed with this particular T-Neck. All others, such as the Kingsfield, are of supiour quality.
I purchased this one for the color. It was the only T-neck offered in the true navy which matched one of their sweaters.
Unfortunately, the material is thin, the size is not generous and I will never be able to toss it in a dryer. It just looks and feels 'cheap'.
I could have purchased a similar quality T-Neck for a third of the cost at a discount store.
These pima cotton turtlenecks are the best ones I have ever worn. The cotton is very soft and comfortable. They wash and dry beautifully. Over the past year I have replaced all my other turtlenecks with these turtlenecks. I will continue to buy them and I highly recommend them.
