LL Bean is the best. These shirts come out of the dryer looking like they just came from the Dry Cleaner Store. Wish LL Bean had suits. I buy most of my clothes here. If you are not happy, don't complain just send it back. What better customer service could you ask for.
My never ending quest for short sleeve dress shirts brought me to a few online retailers. Short sleeve dress shirts just don't seem to be that popular anymore...why ?
Anyway I decided to give LL Bean's Oxfords a try for the first time.
My shirt (green) arrived today and within less than 30 minutes I ordered another *6.
I wear a 17.5 neck regular and that's what I ordered. The shirt fits great and has *plenty of torso length which is somewhat *uncommon these days.
No issues with fit at all. Several reviews here mentioned a "tent" like fit in the mid section but for me 5'11 215 lbs this shirt covers my gut and sits *flat against my lower torso. Some other brands will "flare out" at the end due to not having enough torso length.
Colors do seem lighter than what is photographed. I do wish LL Bean presented the colors better in the photographs.
I am glad I ordred early in the season. These will be sold out for sure !
These are the absolute best men's shirts ever - my husband won't iron & I don't see why I should either - perfect solution. Even line dried (with a bit of body ironing from his bus ride to work), these come out perfectly wrinkle free, leaving him looking smart and professional. Am about to order more!
