I've had had this bag for over a year and aside from some normal wear and tear it is still like new. The inside of the bag does get dirty and there is not really any way to clean it.. Maybe adding a zipper to the top of the lining in the future would be helpful for easy cleaning! Other than that this bag hold everything I need for work including large laptop, folders, text books(2). Defiantly recommend!!
Please, please bring back the old totes! I admit I waited too long for a luggage tan color of your old style to be available. When it was not and I saw what you are replacing the old ones with, I took a chance, but this red one is too large and the wrong red. It does not spell quality as the original small brown handbag has. Please reconsider reviving that old style, updating the color, and adding a crossbody strap for both sizes!
I bought this in July, 2015. It is just big enough to handle all my "stuff" but not too big so I end up carrying all kinds of extras.
The threading came loose on the handle and there are some loose threads where the handle meets the bag. I want to return it but the only color in stock is red which won't do. I guess I'll stop using it until I see these are back in stock or they show a replacement.
I like the cell phone and center pockets and, with the exception of the threading, the bag looks as good as new.
A couple little changes would make this bag perfect. A pocket on the outside to hold keys and longer handles so it can be worn on the shoulder when wearing a winter coat.
Ya'll, I have had this bag for a year now and I still return to it over and over. It carries well, stays upright, holds a nice amount of stuff and my Kindle. I even use it as a carry purse when I carry my gun with me. My only wish was that it came with the option of being a cross body as well. I keep waiting for the black bag to come back and I AM getting another one!
