Got the tapestry mini at daily markdown, fantastic price for the well made quality. I've been wanting to get this bag for some time but didn't want to spend too much not needed in a hurry. I had to jump on the chance on the huge one day markdown. So happy I did and upon receiving just love it all: color, various subtle as picture, size, big enough for day and small enough for night out with a fold up sweater /jacket, shoulder strap 8" drop good thru under arm pit with room for jacket or thin coat, material soft leather and thick tapestry. Overall great quality.
This review is for the full-size Town & Field Tote. I received this as a gift over a year ago and I initially wanted the dark brown, but my fiance goofed and ordered the cordovan instead. I'm glad he did because I absolutely love it! It goes with any color handbag, which comes into play because I use this bag most often as a carry on/weekend bag. It's a little large for daily use- I generally don't carry much paperwork or a computer to and from work, but for those who do it would be ideal. I've used it for groceries, to the beach, impromptu picnics, you get the point. The bag itself is incredibly sturdy and well made, from a good quality leather that looks good new and will continue to age nicely with the inevitable bumps and scratches that an everything bag is sure to get. There are pockets aplenty, and my bag has the charming printed liner, which I think they should bring back, it makes me happy every time I see it. Some people have complained about straps being too short but that is not the case for me and I am 6'0" tall. Overall I love this bag and would absolutely recommend it. It is on the large size of a everyday bag, but if you carry a lot around, it's perfect. I love mine and look forward to our growing old together!

I bought this Tapestry Tote in the mini size because I'm only 5 ft. tall and most totes and handbags are too big for my small frame.As anticipated, it works perfectly as a purse for me-it's a good size,without overwhelming me,and the handles fit over my shoulder with room to spare.I love the subtle,muted earth colors and the design, which appears to have a Native American or maybe Southwestern origin- a surprise to me as I'm usually a flowers/sunsets/ poetry/lute kind of girl.(Now, if LLB would only bring back the Healthy Back bag in the brown tapestry print! It wasn't offered in mini size and I feared the small would be too big for me,and then it disappeared before I could order a small anyway.)
I have been searching everywhere for something that looked nice, had credit card and cell phone pockets and room for my iPad with a zipper closure...it was like you read my mind!!
