I bought it for my dog stuff. I think I want it for myself. It's a great bag. It is large,well made ,nice looking. I'm just happy I bought. I recommend it. I bought the one with dogs on it.

I have been wanting this bag for as long as I can remember and now that I have it I am not disappointed! I absolutely love the detailed, quality patchwork. The interior is roomy with lots of compartments to help me easily find my items. LL Bean never disappoints me!
I am enjoying the patchwork tote so much and began using it the day it arrived! The exterior design is done so well and both the front and back match exactly. The bottom is reinforced with leather to protect it from wear and tear. Inside this tote is the real story. There are so many thoughtful details. I have found a use for the pockets which also have a velcro tab to protect whatever is put in there. A place for business cards and pens. The zippered compartments are roomy and will hold a lot. It is beautiful and functional...I love it!
Sadly, I'm returning this bag. I ordered the woven leather tote in cordovan, and it was well-made and had lots of great features (plenty of pockets, stands up straight when you put it down). It would hold all the stuff I schlep to work: files, books, lunch, extra shoes, etc. But the lining just killed it for me. They don't show it in the picture, but it is a hideous drab olive green with brown fish, deer, and ducks on it. This was just not at all to my taste. If it had been a solid color twill (or something simple like a navy stripe), I definitely would have kept it.
