I love this bag! I have never had any problems with this. It closes nicely, had held up for over a year now and is still as beautiful as the day I bought it. I bought one for my friend and she loves it! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get around without the hassel of an over the soulder bag. PLUS it is very secure when traveling!
I purchased this backpack in May and I use it everyday. I love it. The size is GREAT !!! ... The leather has soften up and it feels so soft... No problems with the straps.
I bought this bag with the anticipation it would help me carry the things I needed and walk around Seattle with hands free. The strap has broken twice on the seam which happend both times I was travelling. The bag was not over loaded and both times the strap broke off in the same place. LLBean has been exceptional. They have been very sympathetic and have offered to give me a new one each time at no inconvience. I think it is a great bag with lots of room and pockets but needs some improvement in the stiching.
