I have been purchasing these grand little sweaters since my 1st Grandchild was born. First they are just cute as can be - But they wash like a dream and come out of the dryer looking like new again. This will be the last year for my oldest grandson as he is just about out of a 4T. My wish would be that L.L. Bean make these sweaters in "Big Boy" sizes. We live in Texas and they are a perfect weight for our not so cold winters; but still nice and cozy warm for the boys. The size is true if not just a tiny bit big, but big in a good way - the boys have worn them for 2 years in most cases. Thank-You Again L.L. Bean for a GREAT gift!

Absolutely adorable! Soft cotton, wears well, washes well. Have bought many for my son and daughter. My only complaint is I can no longer buy them for my son because you don't make them for big kids! Please make them for bigger kids, they are the best Christmas sweaters! This was the first year my son did not have one under the tree!
This little toddler's sweater is even more adorable than the picture shows. It is very soft and retains its shape wash after wash just as stated in the description. The sizing runs a bit large so my grandson was able to wear it over the course of two winters. The colors have not faded and there is no pilling what so ever. Now it's time to hand it down to another little one and it still looks good as new.
