ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
My kids keep growing, so I keep ordering this jacket in new colors in the next size. Then I pass it on, because the jacket is still sturdy, still repels wind and rain, and still washes nicely. What's not to like?

This jacket is being worn by my 9 year old grandson in Gilbert, Arizona. It is light-weight, but just enough of a windbreaker to keep him warm in the mornings when it is a little cool. He loves it because it's not real heavy. He has to wear navy blue with no embellishments as a school uniform. It met the school standards. It's almost impossible to find a solid color in the local stores.

I bought one of these from a consignment store for my daughter two years ago. It has held up for her those two years and still looks great for her to use it this year also. So this year I bought some for my boys, they look just as great. I plan on buying these every year my children need a jacket. L.L. Bean's quality is outstanding and they last a while for hand-me-downs.
