I love these socks. I got my first pair several years ago, and they just wore out last year. When I ordered new ones, I ordered the medium, based on my shoe size (8 1/2). Those socks are at least 2 inches longer than my feet! I then ordered the small size, and they fit, but they're VERY snug going over my heel. I wish the small size was just a little looser in width, or the medium was shorter in length. I still recommend these socks, but I do warn friends about the sizing issue.
Great when your feet are cold; my older fancy ones from the past got a dozen or more comments when I was hospitalized for a week and was requested to walk to surgical floor in order to maintain circulation in my feet
I bought a pair of blue snowflake socks several years ago and wear them all the time. The fit is perfect and they look like they've been worn once. I decided it was time to get another pair. The new ones are a little disappointing because they bunch up around the heel. I can't wear them with somewhat snug shoes. The pattern is as cute as can be. Just looking at them makes me happy.
