I'm sorry to say that I was dissapointed with these socks. I have a hard time getting my foot though the top because there is no give to the opening. The sock fits very loose overall on my foot and slides around when I walk. On the plus side, they are a pretty color and they're warm.
These socks are worth every penny. I've owned a pair for 8+ years - yes, years and still wear them frequently in the winter. I recently purchased another pair so I'd have a different color ;) Nothing wrong with the first ones, machine washed often, no shrinkage or color loss. I love them.
These socks are the best purchase I have ever made. Cold feet no more. I have already ordered 2 more pairs for myself and a pair for my sister for Christmas.
Warm, soft, comfortable, worth every penny. I much prefer these fleece socks to my wool socks, as there is no itching with the fleece. I have purchased 6 pairs of these fleece socks (over several years), but my mother just stole 2 pairs. She washes them out every night and re-wears them. (I'm trying to convince her to buy a few more pairs so she isn't washing every night...)
