I purchased two parkas a while ago.I stood in a torrential storm last fall to watch my grandaughter play soccer. I only got wet from the knees to the toes. This gortex parka works as gauranteed. I just purchased my third parka. This time a little larger because the extra large was not quite large enough.
This garment lives up to it's advertising and then some. It arrived via UPS in the middle a medium heavy rain. Out of the box on to the body out the door to take dog for a walk--twenty minutes later we arrived home; I was dry and warm; dog was wet and cold. Buy one--tell'm my dog sent you.
