I am really picky about purses, but this one has everything I wanted, and at such a good price. The strap is wide for good comfort, and long enough to wear across the body. It's not too heavy, but the canvas is sturdy. The leather trim makes it a step above casual. It has a nice light-colored lining which makes things easier to visualize inside. The main compartment is the right size to carry everything I need, yet still have enough room to rummage in. The outer pockets are good-sized and handy, and the key-clip on its lanyard in the front pocket is great. I like the security features really well----zipper closings underneath a full flap that can be fastened down. I like that the flap is deep enough that if I filled the main compartment with an extra water bottle and book, they would be covered too.The cocoa color goes with everything and doesn't show dirt. I am extremely satisfied with the features, quality, size, and price of this bag, and have carried it every day since receiving it. Thank you for providing yet another excellent product.
This is the first time I have ever purchased something from LL Bean. I can say that I am very impressed with the quality of work, it's very durable. I put the strap on the longest setting and it works really well as a cross body purse. It has enough room for all my stuff plus a large pack of baby wipes. I am a little disappointed with a few things I wish it had a cell phone pocket, the top flap does stick up a little to high, and the strap is almost to wide. Overall I like it and will be purchasing another for my mother.
Love the color, love the look, and love the spaciousness. However, because it is so big I feel like it looks like a mailman's bag. Plus, when I clasp it closed the top flap sticks way up in the air. Maybe my bag's top flap is too big but it doesn't lay down nicely.
I just received my bag. I LOVE IT! very quick in getting my order and this bag is just perfect. definately large enough for everything i carry. I will use this till i wear it out, if that it possible, very well made. Thank you LLBean for making such great quality items.
