This is such a well made bag. I got it in strawberry pink when they offered this color a few years ago, and it can hold quite a bit of stuff. It's not too big, and not too small. The detailing on this bag is nice too. For the price, it is quite a bargain.
I have the British Khaki and love it! There are enough pockets to keep things organized but not so many I lose my stuff. I gave one in Cocoa to a friend for Christmas, and would love to have one of every color for myself. My next purchase: the matching Messenger Bag and maybe the little one, too. I've always loved LL Bean quality and have never been disappointed in any purchase.
I bought this bag, in color sand dune, at an LLBean Outlet store after seeing it in the catalog. I really liked the look. It has plenty of room, without being too big, but big enough to hold my wallet, cameria, an Ipod or the Nintendo DS for the kids. I like the key clip so I can easily find my keys. I wish the shoulder strap adjusted more than it does. The zippers keep your items in the bag when it tumbles over. I almost bought the olive green bag, because it contrasted nicely with the leather trim.
