I was disappointed in this shoulder bag and sent it back for refund! My fault because I assumed it would be a larger version of its 'little sister' which I own and love - I just wanted something bigger. The larger bag is too large for me and the canvas is substandard in weight and feel. The front closure was the deal killer- in order to get anything in or from the purse one must unbuckle the closure! The 'little sister' has Velcro closures and zippers. I usually love LL Bean's stuff but not this shoulder bag.
This is a great bag. It is comfortable on my shoulder and has absolutely all the room I could ever need. It is so easy to organize what I need to carry both to the grocery store and on a shopping trip.
I carry this bag everywhere. I have carried it in the rain and snow and it still looks good and holds its shape. There is just one problem; I can be so organized in it that I keep putting more and more things into it. The result is it gets too heavy, then it is clean out time. Great for travel, too.
My Sunwashed Canvas Shoulder Bag has several excellent features such as an outside pocket, zippered compartments and a wide shoulder strap. The benefit of the wide strap is that it doesn't constantly slip off your shoulder and it also doesn't cut a hole in your arm if you carry a ton of belongings....as I often do. The outside pocket is great for keeping your cell phone handy so you don't need an archeologist to dig for it when it rings. Zippered compartments help secure small or valuable items that could fall out when I toss the bag into my car. Good quality and design at a fair price, delivered quickly.
