my bag is perfect!! I have no issues at all with this bag. It is exactly what I hoped for with all sorts of pockets to stuff stuff in was well as the body. So easy to pop my cell phone in the side pocket then out the door to work. Very happy with the workmanship and material. I always have the tote bags from LL Bean, and this one is excellent for a slightly more secure and finished look. Luv, luv, luv this bag.
