Normally use a daily fanny pack...this is large enough to hold my filofax and not that big as a messenger...so it's perfect for daily use. Construction and color: olive/brown leather looks way more expensive than the cost. a GREAT Deal and Great Bag!
This bag is as well-made and lovely as the picture would suggest. Knowing dimensions of a bag ahead of time does not really help, as I prefer to actually see the bag and make a judgment as to whether it will work. It is far too small for me, and I don't usually carry a huge bag. It would be more suitable for my 10 year old niece. It will not "comfortably" hold a wallet, glasses case, phone, checkbook, and hairbrush. I looked at the similar tote bag, but it seems enormous. I'll be sending this back.
This is a great bag; large enough to take what you need with another cary on when you fly. You will need several smaller zip closure bags to organize the content inside. I like it for the size and convenience.
Best purse I have owned for years. Perfect size and weight and shoulder strap length. Compartments hold all the necessaries, making it great for travel or everyday. The canvas and leather mix of colors blends with many things, but would like to have one in black also.
