Exactly what I needed and expected. Perfect size -- holds my Kindle, netbook, calendar and all the usual stuff I haul around such as key, cel phone and wallet.
Convenient outer pocket with velcro closure great for things I need to keep accessible. A zip pocket under the flap for wallet and other stuff that needs to be a bit more secure. Big enough inner pocket for larger stuff and a small zippered pocket within that. Good clasp works easily and securely. Strap is adjustable and a good length.
Only had it for a couple of weeks and think I will scotchguiard it to keep it clean. Nice neutral color.
I really like this bag, even though it could do with a few more outside pockets. Also not a big fan of the velcro closure on the back compartment or velcro in general. The seams and stitching are holding up beautifully, however the material is not. It literally started falling apart in some places. If you plan on using this bag on a daily basis, don't expect it to last for much more then a year. Which still makes it a pretty ok value for the price. I'm gonna try the messenger size next time around - more pockets.
Just got this bag, all of my things fit(iPhone, make-up pouch, large wallet, keys, and small notepad).. I really love it -BUT--- could you make the shoulder strap longer..it would fit over my big girl frame better..
I LOVE this bag. I have an autistic son and I have to carry his communication book with me everywhere. This bag is big enough to hold that and all my everyday stuff. I love that it zips shut so my wallet doesn't fall out. It takes a beating - I usually toss it in the back seat when I drive - and still looks great. My only minor complaint is the flap seems to be too long. In the photo it lines up perfectly when buckled but this isn't the case. Still that doesn't detract from its great style and function. I have the dusty olive but I really wish it would be made available in black canvas for the winter months. Please consider this, LL Bean. I've seen many people request it but you still haven't made one. Be assured I will buy one immediately when you do.
