The bag is well designed, looks smart, and the strap is excellent. But as others have written, the colors on the web are really "not accurate." I got the cocoa brown, and it is NOT a deep shade of brown at all as it appears on the web. It is a much lighter shade--so different effect altogether. Others have given the same feedback but nothing has been done to address this. And I don't think this is true across the board, since other similar colors show up accurately.
A little smaller than I thought it would be otherwise very well made and perfect for everyday. Wide strap very comfortable, doesn't dig into my shoulder.
