This bag is exactly what I needed. It has enough pockets and compartments to keep "stuff" separated, but not too many to confuse. I also bought the ticket billfold to use as a wallet to keep my various shopping cards, credit cards,etc handy & easily located. It fits perfectly inside. It is very casual - and the shoulder strap is wide enough to sit comfortably over the shoulder. The zippered parts don't need to be rezipped if you choose not to because the top flap conceals everything.
Very nice, rugged sturdy canvas. I chose khaki. Army green-ish. Great workmanship. The 'but'... The strap is short! I had read this in a review, purchased it anyway. Love me anything LLBean! Has many holes for extending the strap. Still not long enuf to wear cross the body. I'm avg. at 5'5" & 145lbs. Sits at/on waist empty. I will keep it and dowel extra holes into the end of leather strap. I wish it came in red...with longer strap!!
Love this purse. It is very well made and will hold everything I need. The contrast of the leather trim and the canvas really set this one apart from the imposters.
