Sold my Filson bag and bought this one at 1/4 the price of a Filson and actually like it better. Good quality, plenty of room and very stylish. Highly recommend this bag.
I love this bag. I bought it more then 5 years ago in the sand dune color. It traveled extensively in the last 5 years, I've thrown it in the washing machine and its had vast quantities of food and drink spilled on it and it still looks amazing. It is very functional, lots of different compartments , two outside pockets which are great for holding things you need easy access too. It can be worn cross body style which is fantastic for mom's who need free hands to hold onto squirming kids while out and about. It can hold a netbook along with pretty much anything else you'd need day to day and it makes a great carry on bag.
I LOVE this bag. The main compartment zips--which is almost impossible to find in a messenger bag. The smaller compartment also zips! I carry this as my purse--we have a lot of special needs in my family so I carry three Epi-Pen double packs, Benedryl, my wallet, other essentials. I can throw the kids hats/gloves/extra socks in it, and snacks, and drinks, and... I can pack a lot or a little. It's just great--very sturdy. I washed it and it came out fine. I plan on getting one in another color. Get this bag!
