I LOVE this BAG!!!!! I just received it, after much anticipation. I am very pleased. Thankfully it is a Bag... I am not one for lots of dividers,. I bought it for Work and lugging lots of papers. I just stuffed it with papers, my planner, my old tote and the sweater that I purchased. My travel coffee mug fits perfect in the side pocket. I believe the length is perfect!!!! I am very, very happy and looking forward to using it for many years.

I load it up until I can barely lift it and it holds up - provides me several ways to segregate my things - works as the 'personal' item when taking my bags onto planes - will carry my purse, my laptop, IPOD, toiletries, and papers. Glad I bought it.
I purchased this bag for my wife to use for her classes at a local college. The bag is indeed very functional with enough compartments for a variety of needs. The quality of the bag is very good. She has received several compliments on the appearance. There is one issue and that is that the strap cannot be adjusted short enough. (My wife is just a shade over 5 ft tall) The bag just rides too low to be really comfortable. We would try to make an additional hole in the strap but there is no room to do that.
