Durable- good size- attractive- This is the second one I've purchased it for my son to use as a bookbag for school. Holds everything he's needed and the pockets are great for quick access. The key ring is a life saver... The first one lasted 3 years- intensive 9-11 year old boy use. No complaints on this product!
Bought it for my husband for his birthday--I'm Disappointed--the piece of leather that holds the buckle on the front fell off after 1 week of use. I've had to rig it so the buckle wouldn't fall off and be lost. He likes it except for that. It is canvas so it is durable as he is using it for a briefcase for work but I wish LL bean would find a solution to that peice of leather issue.

I bought this bag because I needed one item to carry all of my "stuff", which, for me is my Kindle, my camera, my papers and writing paper and tools. The first time I brought it to a meeting of friends, they were very complimentary and asked where I got it. I told them I got it where I get most of my clothes and accessories; LL Beas. I love the bag!!
