Great bag, cheap zipper

I really liked this bag for carrying my laptop etc. (MacBook Pro), but the zipper broke after about 9 months. I can send it back to LL Bean for replacement, but it's a cheap zipper, so I'm sure the replacement will break too. It's really a shame.

ProsGreat Value

I purchased for my computer , it has enough space for the computer and some accessories. It looks great and fits my needs. The only issue would suggest is that the shoulder strap is not padded.

Stiff and still doesn't keep it's shape. Side pockets not suitable for small items and they would fall out through the holes left when closed.
