The buckle/latch kept coming out of its holder. Had to return it finally. The sister Shoulder Bag apparently has the same issue. The spring on latch is weak. Too bad. Loved it otherwise.
This bag is awesome. I am a student again and I can carry books, my lap top, and things I keep in my purse. I've had it over a year now and have abused it. I t just gets better looking. The only addition I would like to see is a short handle on the top to help position it in the car or elsewhere. Not a big deal.
