This bag is everything I was looking for and more. It's awesome! I love the color , the leather trim and the monogram. It holds everything I need to get through the day. I really like the way the various compartments either zip closed, velcro or buckle. Everything is secure and not going to spill out. I've received several compliments from both faculty and students. It's a terrific buy for the money. Thanks LL Bean for another great product.
The photo on the web site looked much lighter than the product I recieved. I had the bag monogramed and I did not have a choice of colors. The initials were much smaller than I thought they would be. Therefore the initials are virtually unnoticable, not what I wanted. The quality of the bag is very good and I think it will be durable and perfect for what I wanted. I just wish that the initials had turned out much better.
Overall, I'm pleased. The bag looks great and holds a good amount of my books and papers. I do wish, however, that there were more interior pockets for little items such as change or library cards.
