What happened to the high quality of LL Bean products that I knew growing up? My first shirt lasted 15+ years. This one is way thinner and definitely not worth $20+....thankfully I had some coupons. Definitely not what they used to be.
I bought these for my husband in his usual XL size. He wears a 34 sleeve length in a shirt and the sleeves on this T are very adequate. This T also has a nice overall length for a man 6'2" tall. I've washed the shirts and dried on Medium. They came out great, no shrinkage and fairly smooth for a first laundering. He also likes the substantial weight. No flimsy or thin like and undershirt. He will use the T's under a long sleeve casual shirt on cold days.
Soft 100% cotton. Garment does not bind. Best fit ever for a long sleeve t-shirt. Great under garment as well as worn by itself. Colors are great and have not faded. Extremely satisfied with this garment. Have been buying from LL Bean for over 30 years and have been satisfied with all of my purchases. My favorite garment is my dark brown soft leather bomber jacket that I purchased in the 1980s. Still looks and fits great.
I've been wearing these for many years, both with a pocket and without a pocket. I often wear the ones without a pocket under my regular shirt in winter for more comfort and warmth. And I'll also wear the long sleeve without a pocket with a short sleeve with pocket over it around the house as comfortable lounging wear.
They're just plain old comfortable..............NCB
