If you're looking for a legitimate cold weather coat that will keep you warm and be stylish at the same time, this is the right coat for you. I love my new coat. It is plenty warm for New England winter weather. Its fit is roomy but does not look bulky. The longer length is slimming compared to my hip length winter coat. I love the combination of the functional warmth plus the dressier look of the fur lined hood. One feature I love that I could not see on the website is the inner soft cuff on the wrists that prevents cold air and snow from coming up the sleeves. Great feature!
I returned the coat due to the fact when you held it up to the light you could almost see right through it. It was off white so it was easy to spot. I tried it on and walked outside on a chilly day and could feel the draft. The coat should be stuffed with the feathers or down/ whatever you call it, not half stuffed.
I bought this coat for my 26year old daughter and myself. The coat is very warm and we do love that about it. The negatives would be that the sleeves are not long enough and it does run a bit boxy. we are both 5'8" tall and about 122 to 130 pounds. my daughter has the extra small and I have the small and they are big in the body. We kept them for there warmth and they do that job well.
